Floating Rectangle in the Middle of All Screens (Including The Desktop)

So I just started to notice this new thing, it seems to be carrying forward to all programs. On my desktop, if I hover over it, it shows me a spinning cursor, any others seeing this type of issue?

I never had that but maybe if you update to 22000.132 it will go away.

OK, will try that next, just did not now if others had seen this and it was causing an issue?

If it's not fixed then download Process Monitor and drag the target icon over it to identify what it is.

I just restarted and it went away, this is a great idea, never thought about that. Apprecaite the pointer, when it pops back up, I will do this unless I update sooner.
