I use integrated graphics. Way back in 2021 when I first went to 11, I had this issue. But mine involved font rendering only in the OS, not web pages. It took a ton of diddling around before I got my fonts to a satisfactory appearance. The 2 screenshots you showed are from web pages. Do you have the same issue in Windows. If so, Please post a screenshot of a file explorer window.

In the meantime, within whatever browser you use, check the hardware acceleration settings. Her'e how to do it in Edge. Other browsers are handled differently.
To enable or disable hardware acceleration in Edge:

  1. Open Edge: Launch the Microsoft Edge browser.
  2. Access Settings: Click on the three dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner and select "Settings".
  3. Navigate to System and Performance: In the left sidebar, click on "System and Performance".
    • Toggle the Setting: Locate the "Use hardware acceleration when available" setting and toggle it to your desired state (On or Off).
    • Restart Edge: You'll need to relaunch Edge for the changes to take effect.

I remember my father had a similar issue in Windows 10, blurry fonts with the default text smoothing algorithm. I had found a third party utility that changed from Windows 10 algorithm to Windows 8, but I don't remember what this was called. This bug was fixed by some Windows update later. Assuming you have installed the latest graphics drivers from nVidia, don't rely on Windows Update, make sure you set the display resolution to the native resolution of your monitor, such as 1366x768 for most 16:9 19" monitors. Check with your monitor specs. Also that you have pressed the "Auto" button or selected "Auto" from the monitor menu for best image quality. Next step is to search for ClearType and run the Adjust ClearType Text wizard to improve font rendering. If you are using a VGA cable, try replacing it. Faulty cables produce fuzzy images.
