Frequent BSODs with WHEA Errors During Stress Tests - Need Help

Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing frequent BSODs, and no crash dumps are being generated even though the settings are configured to do so. I've checked Event Viewer and found multiple Kernel-Power 41 errors, and during an OCCT stress test, I encountered two WHEA errors.

Here's what I've tried so far:

-Verified crash dump settings.

-Monitored system temps (no overheating).

-Updated all drivers and BIOS.

-Ran memory diagnostics and disk checks (chkdsk) and sfc (no issues found).

I'm suspecting a hardware issue (possibly CPU or PSU), but I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice on next steps or tests I should run would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Some steps that were performed may need to be repeated.

Please make sure that images or share links are posted for all results/tests.

1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

2) Run gather_additional_dump_files > post a share link

3) Run Sea Tools for Windows Long generic test (all drives) > take pictures > post images or share links

4) Run HD Tune (all drives) > take pictures > post images or share links
Health
Benchmark
Full error scan

5) Run chkdsk /b /v on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.

Make sure that the Windows drive runs overnight while sleeping.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

Type: y

Reboot as necessary.

6) After completing all chkdsk /b /v run: > chkdsk from event > post a share link

7) Run HD Sentinel (all drives) > take pictures > post images or share links
Overview
Temperature
SMART

8) Run Memtest86 for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

9) These tests can run overnight while sleeping:

a) Sea Tools for Windows Long generic test

b) HD Tune Full error scan

c) chkdsk /b /v

1) Please repost HD Sentinel (all drives) using English as the default language (results are instantaneous).

I'm not able to scan or read the foreign language test results or log files.

Tuneup plus results were good.

Chkdsk results were seen only for C:.

WD My Passport 259D USB Device passed Sea Tools Long generic test.

INTEL SSDPEKNW020T8 passed HD Tune Full error scan.

INTEL SSDPEKNW020T8 aborted Sea Tools Long generic test.

Memtest86+ 16GB 8 passes, result pass.

2) When available post results for all tests using English as the default language.

3) Post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

4) Post images or share links displaying disk management:

5) Run GSmart Control:

Click Self-Tests tab > Test type > Extended Self-test > Execute (run overnight)

Copy and paste the results > post a share link

There are multiple types of drive tests.

A drive can pass one test and fail on another.

Follow the unexpected shutdowns and restarts (instability / stability) while you have drives attached / detached.

Whenever possible for unexpected shutdowns and restarts switch cables.

Sometime this weekend post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

ok, i have attached the drive i had detached previously,
i also upgraded my RAM for more capacity
i will follow up if anything comes up, but so far, since the new SSD, i didn't have any BSOD so it's pretty encouraging
