Fresh Install - NumLock is off by default - A Fix

After a Win 11 fresh install the NumLock was disabled by default.
To enable it by default make a change on the register.
Computer\HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard
InitialKeyboardIndicators = 2 (was 2147483648)
NumLock will now be enable for logon

Yep, that little change on mine preserves the last known state of the NumLock where the number pad exists, if On when restarted it returns to On, if Off it when restarted it returns as Off. And I assure the BIOS setting for the NumLock is Enabled.

It is a Lenovo S145 laptop.
There is no NumLock settings on BIOS.
What was happening was that on the logon screen the NumLock was disabled leading to a error as the pw has numbers.

That is no longer the case with latest windows 11 Builds.
2147483648 works fine on retaining the Num Lock state as it was before rebooting.

I got an inexpensive HP Notebook in Dec., no light on the NumLock but has a screen pop-up to show status when pressed.
