I'm sure most people on here are aware of this, but, just in case. I use EmClient with my ISP (Comcast) and over the last few months I've been swamped with way too many spam emails. EmClient allows you to set rules to deal with spam but it was getting old having to set up rules all the time. Checking around I found a comment somewhere that mentioned turning on spam control at the ISP level. For whatever reason, I wasn't aware this could be done. So, log into my email online, and sure enough I found a setting to turn on spam filtering, which I did. Lo and behold, I'd say 99% of the spam I was getting has disappeared! In the last 3 days I've only had 2 or 3 spam emails that I had to set rules for in EmClient, all the rest were handled at the ISP level.
So, if you been fighting the spam, you might want to check and see if your ISP has a spam filter.
