Solved Google Chrome about dead on youtube, so slow to load, Edge works instantly

Dont know what else to tell you.
I just upgraded to win11 yesterday.
Try to watch a youtube video on google chrome and it s thingy goes around and around for up to 30 seconds, after a while the video plays.
then with EDGE, click and it shows instant video.

I fixed it. I removed 2 extensions related to web security. one called Emmisoft had been on there for a year, other I did not recognize. After removing, instant video on youtube.

BTW if you didn't recognise one of the extensions, do an AV and Malware scan. It could well have been put on your system by a 3rd party program without you knowing

It came with something I installed recently, It was bundled with Malware bytes!
There was an offer to add it, and I did.

I put Emsissoft browser security back on, and video loads fine.
