There have been changes in Google Accounts with regard to Google's AI settings and your privacy.
Turning off Google's AI from using your personal data to feed and train it's AI is easy.
Time required: About 1 minute or so.
If you wish to not share your personal data with Google's AI, here are the steps to turn off. It literally takes about a minute or so.

Google’s AI is reading all your private emails, docs, and messages…learn how to stop it!
To turn off Google's AI from reading ALL of your data, messages, content, and feeding it to it's LLM, there are a few Google settings to turn off.
Step 1. Go to (login to) your Google GMAIL account, click the "GEAR ICON" (settings)
Step 2. Click "SEE ALL SETTINGS".
Step 3. Scroll down to and UNCHECK "Smart features" and click "TURN OFF & RELOAD"
Step 4. click the "GEAR ICON" (settings) and scroll down to "MANAGE WORKSPACE SMART FEATURE SETTINGS"
Step 5. next UNCHECK "Smart features in Google workspace"
Step 6. next UNCHECK "features in other Google products"
Step 7. Lastly, click SAVE
