Graphic card and auto-update problem

Hello I have a new PC with Windows 11 22H2. It contains a nice AMD Rynzen 9, an AMD RX 6700 XT and 2 screens.
Almost everytime windows auto-update the graphic card crashes and the computer restarts alone. When it does, AMD drivers do not launch and only one screen work, and games cannot be launched. I had to roll-back all the updates and re-install the graphic card from scratch.
It is getting very anoying!!! Hello engineers at microsoft, what are U doing?
Can you please tell me how to completely stop updates?! ... I tried but th ebest it does is postpone and then the crashes happens again. It is the third time in 3 months or so.

Do you have any other idea how to prevent this to happen?

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
I'm surprised this is happening on a desktop.

This is the method I get over this issue as Windows is pretty aggressive in installing GPU drivers.

When you get a feature/cumulative or 'moment' update then Windows will have installed the wrong drivers even before you reach the desktop.
As soon as one of these have run and you are on the desktop then open Device manager -display adapters and right click your card. Select update driver then 'browse my computer for drivers' then 'Let me pick from a list......... '.

Check the list and select the correct AMD driver then select next. It will reinstall the correct driver. I would reboot. It will run with that correct driver until you get one of these major updates again where you'll need to repeat the process. That's the only method that works for me on laptops, so was a bit surprised it's happening on a desktop.
Edit: you will need to keep the Win Update driver installed (showing in Device Manager) as it will only install again automatically and will have to go through the same process again.
