Solved GSOD When Update to Windows 11 Insider Preview 25179

Windows 11 Insider Preview
As you see, I had GSOD when I was trying to update from 25174 to 25179.
Have already checked the space of C: 50 GB. Enough.
GSOD Code: INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP
Code showed in Windows Update: 0xc1900101.
So I think that it's a driver problem. But I cannot find anything really works.
