Have to approve headphones each time I plug them in??

Version 21H2 of windows 11

Anytime I plug in my little generic earbuds, I get a pop up that says "Are you plugging in Headphones".

Is there a way to avoid this so that it just accepts the earbuds? I never had to do this in Windows 10.
