having audio issues with games in Windows 11

Hello,

I'm having an issue when I'm playing video games and my audio isn't working properly. for example.. in Overwatch, I can hear what in front of me/or my character and not what is behind me at all or very little/low.

I resolved this once by uninstalling Razer software completely thinking that it was a conflict and it worked for a period of time but issues have returned and I haven't reinstalled Razer software nor tinkered with any other settings. not sure where to go from here.

I would check the games audio option for number of speakers, surround sound and any enhancements

I have no problems in windows 11 I have Logitech G933 headphones and I am very happy to have bought them. Have everything in settings are wireless, surround sound and etc.
