Solved Help with not being able to download my preferred language pack

Hello again,

I have followed all online instructions I can find and still to no avail. I want to be able to download the full language pack for English (United Kingdom) and no matter what 'fixes' I have tried, I am still not able to. Help!! This is driving me batty!

Sarah, for future reference; please fill out your computer specifications with as much detail as you can (The exact model would do it)

And

Please type “Winver” into search on your PC and open it. Please type the version and build that it reports (you can copy/paste), into your “System Specs / OS” section (first on the list where you have placed “Windows 11”)
