Hi,
Just started to check about W11.
Did 2 installs with 2 different edited ISO, PhoenixOS.
It should work since the Router's DNS, even adding it manually, but in both cases, won't work.
I use a 20Mb HostsFile so the DNS has to be disabled or it spends long time and resources to parse it.
It works fine on W7 and if I remember, equally on W10.

Does anyone know if there's any limitation related about that on W11?
If works for you, then the Phoenix ISO would be wrong.

Had to take Ownership for the DNS Service to disable it.
The DLL can be disabled but seems Hardcoded somehow.
