How can I get the Health Check to RUN Again?

Please advise: OK, I ran the Check Program and like a zillion others, it reported I cannot install the new W. 11, the only thing I saw, may be others, TPM 2.0!
Like MANY others I started chasing my tail on what to do - I did see that my Mother Board has a header for a TPM Module......searched to buy......then research showed I should check my BIOS, that my Intel CPU may have PTT built in.....it does, I enable it and turned it on, Windows Defender now shows I have TPM 2.0 installed!
PROBLEM: their check program now has it's initial scan of my system I guess, frozen in it's memory banks, I deleted it, and reinstalled it in hopes it would not recognize me ... but, it does and it will not scan, says error, try again sometime.....Please tell me IF you know how I can get a NEW SCAN? THANKS!

There's a 3rd party program that will help. :)
As for the MS Check tool... as you said... uninstall, reboot, then reinstall may help.

PC Health Check did not run for me either yesterday. But just now it did. so something has happened since then.

Did it update itself before running?

If not, might have had something else running in the background that interfered (perhaps a Defender scan of some sort?)

It did update.

Thought that might be the case. It may not have run before because it was attempting to check for updates and Microsoft was in the process of pushing a new update, so it never actually completed the update check.

Once Microsoft gave he green light for updates to resume, poof! It updated and runs.
