How can i initialize my new disk?

I am replacing my one and only system ssd disk as it is in poor condition
I have images the disk with Macrium=so prevent lengthy reinstalls
I have bought an M.2 sata ssd.
I will be inserting tat into its slot
It will in probability ask to be initialized
How do i do this because i do not have Windows environment at this point of time to so the initialization
I do not have a casing for the M.2 ssd drive so i cannot initialize the same at another pc/laptop

What can i do?

The Macrium bootable Rescue Media, has a command prompt. :-)

    Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
You noted that you have Macrium Reflect images. When you restore one of these images to the new drive, Reflect will take of initializing the disk.

    The five 8TB drives and three 512GB SSDs are part of a DrivePool using StableBit DrivePool software. The three SSDs are devoted purely to caching for the 8TB drives. All of the important data is stored in triplicate so that I can withstand simultaneous failure of 2 disks.

Install the SSD in a compatible enclosure and connect it to the computer. A window from Windows Disk Manager will appear to initialize the SSD.

Can the Macrium Reflect rescue drive resize the partitions if the new disk is a different size than the one imaged?

It certainly can when cloning. (I did that a few weeks ago.)

It is standard for most imaging programs to do it for you and offer to resize partitions. Just point the restore at the disk.

You do not have to clone to get Macrium to resize partitions. Your can restore an image and resize during the restore process. In step 7 of this tutorial, option A is easiest as once a partition is dragged from the source to the destination, it's a matter of dragging the right edge of the destination partition to enlarge it.

Drag and drop is how I do it.

No, Macrium does not need a disk to be initialized beforehand.
It will happily restore a system image to a brand new uninitialised disk.
I tested that this was correct only a few months ago.
