I use the Share Link button in an app every day, and I want to get rid of all the entries that that I do not need in this window. I don't have Facebook, X, or LinkedIn accounts so I would like to remove those, as well as the entries trying to get me to download apps I have no use for. There are also the suggested emails along the top of the menu, would be nice if I could edit which email accounts are listed or just turn that off. Basically I just want to declutter this menu a bit. Is this possible?

Thanks, but there is no SharingContractHandlers entry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer. This is in Windows 11 Home 24H2 if that matters.

I did a search through the registry trying to find Facebook/X/LinkedIn etc and couldn't find any reference which is a good tell tail.
On further investigation "Allegedly":
Manually reorder or hide share targets — Not available in Windows 11 Share UI Customize which apps appear — No native UI for managing Share Sheet targets
There was mention in a few places that if the Store App versions of these were installed, removing them may help. But I also read some info saying that this isn't a rule of thumb.,
It's possibly cash for exposure between Windows and these 3rd party apps. Or Microsoft thinking we are all brain dead with wanting to use these apps
