HI all, hope you can help! This is on the latest version of Windows 10 on an older Dell Precision laptop. It has both a WiFi and Ethernet cable connection to the network/internet. I happened to notice, under the Control Panel "Network Connections", the list of 2 connections - Ethernet and WiFi. It looks like this:
Ethernet
OldNetworkName
<adapter name>
WiFi Connection
Connection-2
<adapter name>
I tried to use 'Rename' from the context menu on each of the above, and it wants to rename 'Ethernet' and 'WiFi Connection' not the entries on the next line, which I would like to change as they are old. In the examples above, how can I rename OldNetworkName and Connection-2 in the Network Connections list? Thanks!
