NO, my startup home page is offline... only links...to click on...that I use often (my browser default is just links, only active if I click on them). Nothing online. I also checked my Winaero to see if was still working properly to see if it can be blocked from there too. Apparently that utility does not stop it either. Check box for, stopping windows annoyances is not stopping the what's new. (I need to remove more old links in my startup page, now that I look at it...)
