My computer popped up a notification from Windows Security saying I should turn on Memory Integrity, but when I do so it says it can't because of incompatible drivers, but I'm not sure what I can do to get it to work, all the ones listed relate to my phone, any advice is much appreciated?
My Windows version number is Version 24H2 (OS build 26100.2454)

Everything it's squawking about is Huawei.
I'm confused about something. Your specs indicate you have a custom build from PCSpecialist so I can't see where it should have any native Huawei drivers.
I have to assume you have some Huawei device that you use. They can be connected or disconnected for the driver to be found to be incompatible.
You can try going to device manager. Click View>select show hidden devices. Right click on every Huawei device and update driver to see if WU has a compatible driver.

If that doesn't work, the only place to get compatible drivers would be from Huawei. (good luck with that)
Other than that, if you want memory integrity on you need to go to device manager, right click on every Huawei device, select properties, select uninstall, check the box to uninstall drivers. Restart.

If that doesn't rid you of the offending drivers, you can use Driver Store Explorer to force remove drivers. Run it as administrator. But BE VERY CAREFUL. It is a powerful tool. I strongly suggest you create an image of your system first. Then restart.

Edited: I reread your post and see where these drivers are related to your phone. Phone or not, they are deemed incompatible . Until they are dealt with, you will not be able to turn on memory integrity.

The only way to resolve this is to find compatible drivers. Otherwise, you can just not worry about this.

BTW, I can't enable memory integrity either. In my case I have a lot more problem drivers than you do. I might eventually look into this but I am not going to lose any sleep about it.

Yes indeed the Huawei drivers are all related to my phone, the program has only recently been installed as I have only just upgraded my computer, so I'm not confident I'll find any updated drivers. Is it completely necessary to enable Memory Integrity, does it matter if its not enabled?

Memory Integrity, does it matter if its not enabled?
Memory Integrity adds an extra layer of protection, but it's not mandatory. You can leave it off if you have incompatible drivers that you need to use.

Microsoft said:
Memory integrity works by creating an isolated environment using hardware virtualization.

Think of it like a security guard inside a locked booth. This isolated environment (the locked booth in our analogy) prevents the memory integrity feature from being tampered with by an attacker. A program that wants to run a piece of code which may be dangerous has to pass the code to memory integrity inside that virtual booth so that it can be verified. When memory integrity is comfortable that the code is safe it hands the code back to Windows to run. Typically, this happens very quickly.

Without memory integrity running, the "security guard" stands right out in the open where it's much easier for an attacker to interfere with or sabotage the guard, making it easier for malicious code to sneak past and cause problems.

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

Thanks for the information, I'll probably leave it turned off for now as of course I'll need the drivers for the phone. At least I have a better understanding of what the memory integrity actually is.

For possible trial and error steps:

1) Make free or pay backup images > save to another disk drive or the cloud

2) Uninstall the problematic software with their drivers

3) Update Windows and turn on memory integrity

4) Reinstall software > run program compatibility troubleshooter > msdt.exe -id PCWDiagnostic

5) If it fails then restore an image

6) If it works then your set

1) Some of the Windows troubleshooters were retired.

See if it will run.

Why do you want a slower performance? I always make sure to disable it along with virtualization, fighting a "nonexistent" malware.

I didn't think this would alter the performance, nothing has been said on this thread that this would be affected. Also I need virtualisation enabled as I run a virtual machine.
