How do you change dark mode to light mode for app windows? I have two Windows 11 machines and one of them displays app windows with this ugly (in my opinion) high contrast dark mode, whereas the other displays app windows with a pleasing light mode. How do I change the ugly dark high contrast one to the more pleasing lighter one??? Examples:

In the US we also use a 'z' in Personalization instead of an 's' as in the British English personalisation.
