How identify and download Windows App

Hi, i need to download some windows app but i don't know how to identify the right platform (Windows 10 or 11), i will use an example to explain...
I'm on Windows 11 and I want to download Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller (Microsoft Store download) on 11 22H2 the stock version of this app is 1.17.10691.0 and after upgrade via Microsoft store the version is 1.18.2691.0
Now i want to download it from Microsoft Store - Generation Project (v1.2.3) [by @rgadguard & mkuba50] but i cant find this version, if i search using ID 9NBLGGH4NNS1 i can find only these releases...

There are four channels for download (Fast, Slow, RP, Retail) but i can't find 1.1x version of this app.

Same thing for other Windows App, my question is how can i find the right version of an App for 10 or 11?
