If you are using Microsoft account first, ensure you have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed and linked to your personal Microsoft account.

Next, visit your Microsoft account, sign in, and choose Advanced Security Options. Under Additional Security Options, you’ll see Passwordless Account. Select Turn on.

Microsoft Authenticator screen showing the option to go passwordless.

Finally, follow the on-screen prompts, and then approve the notification from your Authenticator app. Once you’ve approved, you’re free from your password!

Microsoft Authenticator screen showing password has been successfully removed.

If you decide you prefer using a password, you can always add it back to your account.

If you are using local account, follow the instructions below link.

I login into my new laptop without a password - just never set it up ;) . Naturally, I'm using a local account (I always use local accounts on all my machines, I have no idea why would anyone want to login in their own PC with a Microsoft account). If you have a local account with a password - just change it to no password. Then you get a sign in page, but just click on "sign in" (since there is no password). If you want to avoid the sign in screen altogether, follow the tutorial.
