How to Change hard disk drive percent full colors (windows explorer)?

The goal is to change the hard drive disk space progress bar colors (partial, nearly full, empty space) in Windows Explorer.

It needs msstyles. I can't find the index of it in any app, and it won't change because the apps have bugs or limited features to change it.

I do expect Microsoft devs to help out in some way.

Can't find the index of the part in msstyles. This doesn't seem to be on google anywhere either. Would be nice for someone who knows the people at Microsoft to forward this issue to Microsoft, let them know it would be nice to change the full partial and empty colors.

No one wants to post pulic feedback to Microsoft. They don't want their issues laundered in front of the rest of the world.

I don't know why this public feedback thing exists, because when I look at it all I don't see any replies or read receipts on it. It's almost like a phony process that also releases all your issues with it to everyone.
