How to create a Microsoft Word list of song titles from the actual .wav file names

I have a folder containing many (393) songs, saved as .wav files. I would like to create a text index list in MS Word, without having to type each individual title.
Is there a way that I can isolate/copy just the titles from the actual song files? I am running Win 11 OS.

You could easily get a text file with the names of the files, then copy and paste that into Word.
