Solved How to disable window going to full screen when I move it

I'm on Win 11 Pro 24H2 Build 26100.3194, and when I try to move a window by the title bar, many time is snaps to full screen which is very annoying. I checked settings under System > Multitasking, and Snapping is already off. Does anyone know how I can disable this? Thank you!

Didn't you just doubleclick it?
In all versions of Windows 10 and 11 (and may be older as well) doubleclicking the title bar will activate full screen.

Some mouses, when older, have problems clicking double when single click is done.
Longer ago I had that with a mouse having rather inferior microswitches for left and right click.

Kees, I'm trying to have it NOT go to full size. How to disable that, is my question. No, I'm not double-clicking.
Sinto, Snap is already turned off, but it still does it. When I grab the title bar to move it, it goes to full screen. I just want to move the window.

When you grab the title bar, you are clicking the mouse. And when that mouse coincidentally makes a double-click instead of a normal click, you'll have the full-size screen. I really had that with a mouse some time ago. Had to replace the built-in microswitch, after that the problem had gone, but then I bought another mouse.

So my suggestion: try it with some other mouse (preferably a new one), to see if its happening with that mouse too. If it does happen, you will have ruled out the mouse as cause.

Just for clarity, Maximized is different from Full Screen. Pressing F11 to get Full Screen gets rid of some of the tool bars in a program's window to give more room for data. Maximized fills the screen with a program's window not removing anything.
