Just tried it again and this time I found it
Looks like I was using the security policy editor the 1st time and that was wrong

thank you - appreciate your time

Mellowware made a beautiful editor for Win10.. I was hoping he'd update it or someone else would write on for Win11

Places Bar Editor (Windows)

Change the directories in the windows 'Open with,' 'Save'...
