Booting into safe mode and using the F5 option should give networking which should include Wi-Fi or system configuration select Boot tab and Boot Options> Safe Boot>Network that works unless you have a Wi-Fi driver issue

I have sound blaster card and the app and driver can not be updated . I keep getting error No internet connection in normal boot so the support advise to do it in safe mode.
That's odd to me. Outside of the driver issue, do you have internet access? If so, I don't see how attempting to install a soundcard driver suddenly kills Wi-Fi.

In normal windows 11 boot the app can not be updated , I get the error message not internet but the net is working fine. In safe mode with networking there is no wifi only ethernet so I wanted to enable the wifi to update the app and driver
