That's odd to me. Outside of the driver issue, do you have internet access? If so, I don't see how attempting to install a
soundcard driver suddenly kills Wi-Fi.

That's odd to me. Outside of the driver issue, do you have internet access? If so, I don't see how attempting to install a soundcard driver suddenly kills Wi-Fi.
In normal windows 11 boot the app can not be updated , I get the error message not internet but the net is working fine. In safe mode with networking there is no wifi only ethernet so I wanted to enable the wifi to update the app and driver
