Oh, so there is hope an update will give it to me then.

It is a handy simply glance to know the temp.

I am using my win10 notebook pc right now, and it is telling me its 19*F Clear outside. we are in a real cold snap here at 4:38 AM, maybe coldest day of the year for us

It's not available on Beta or PR, just Dev at the moment. May not even make it any further

More likely to than not I think. As it is useful to lots of people.

I suppose, if you want to know if you should wear a T shirt or multiple layers

19*F is really cold for where we live here along the coast in SE Virginia, usually mid winter temps range from mid 30 to 50*F

Well, I realized, the weather widget is worthless on the task bar as it does not update the temp or weather condition unless moused over.
The displayed temp remains static

Example screen shot, it is not 72, and it is not raining outside. I noticed this over last few days when it started getting into mid 80's during the day, the weather widget never changes

Now after I mouse over the thing, it will update.
It should update at least every 5 or 10 minutes
