How to restore Quick Access section in file explorer (instead of Recommended)

Hi,
Is there any way to get back the quick access section in file explorer, instead of this useless "recommended" ("proponowane") one? Just like on the screen below: (top one - from some random yt video, bottom - my file explorer). I have developer build 22631.2338 ni_release and tried searching for something with vivetool, but found nothing.
Also tried this tutorial: Add or Remove Quick Access in File Explorer Home in Windows 11 Tutorial - but again, nothing changed.

Yes, really easy once you find the right way . . .

First, open File Explorer, then click on the three dots, go to the bottom of the flyout list and click on Options. At the top of the page that opens, click the little down arrow in the first text box. Choose Home (it doesn't say Quick Access, but that's what it is). Click on Apply, then OK and you're done.

I already have this option chosen
(As you can also see on the left of my screenshoot - "Widok główny" is the "Home", just in polish, but still same icon )

You might see if clearing and resetting Quick Access using an option below may fix it.

I just saw at the bottom of the last page, there's a button that says "Restore Defaults".

Maybe that will work.

Edit: I just clicked on the button and it does work.

I think that it's something to change with vivetool or registry, but have no idea what exactly.
Do you know, what are these two "settings"?:

I suppose you've tried Folder Options -View tab and select Reset Folders.

Just uncheck the third box (Display recommended), it works for me, quick access is back. What's sad is that you can't get both : its quick access OR recommended. That's a strange choice.

Oh god... I don't know how i missed it
In my case recommended section never showed anything, so for me choice is pretty obvious.

for me, in a network office context, this section is relevant, but so are my quick accesses (in icons, faster than the nav menu on the side). I'm also interested in their insights-based proposals... but for now, I just hope updates on it
