Its very jarring, and I have a lot of gripes with 11's UI
But this is my first question, with 10 you either either hide the scroll bar, or its on, with 11 you either hide it, or have this weird hybrid scrollbar, that starts narrow, but goes wider when hovering over it, its just weird. Can this dual width scroll bar be disabled in any way?
