How to stop scroll bars in 11 switching between two different sizes.

Its very jarring, and I have a lot of gripes with 11's UI

But this is my first question, with 10 you either either hide the scroll bar, or its on, with 11 you either hide it, or have this weird hybrid scrollbar, that starts narrow, but goes wider when hovering over it, its just weird. Can this dual width scroll bar be disabled in any way?

Narrow Scrollbars

Another awkward thing about Windows 11 are the narrow scrollbars. Can they be made wider so that they are less awkward to grab? The Windows 11 interface is all out of proportion. Some things are too big, and some are too small.

I also find that most annoying. The tutorial Brink posted was a good resort. I’d rather see them than have to try and find them or wait til they widen. Before that, I was using the scroll wheel a lot to avoid it..

Hi I did both of those things but it still happens, but widening the scrollbar makes it less jarring as the difference relative to the standard size is lower. So thats something, thank you.
