HP Envy X360 will not sleep beyond a minute or so

Changed from a Dell 9365 XPS 13 i5 8200Y - close lid sent the machine into sleep mode. Now have a HP Envy x360 13-ay0009na Ryzen 7 4700U which goes into sleep mode for about 1 minute then totally switches off. This occurs whether it's running on battery power or plugged in.

All applicable USB's, keyboard, etc are set to wake the device from sleep mode but they are not working obviously as the machine has switched off.

Anyway, 'cheated' a bit as I simply took the 1tb SSD from the Dell and installed it into the HP. It worked as Win11 grabbed the necessary drivers and all seemed well. But this failure to enter sleep mode after about a minute is driving me nuts. I have removed all the obsolete drivers from the HP after the switchover. Have played around with the power settings so I'm comfortable they are correct. Also, disabled in Device Manager any drivers that have the option - Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power. SFC Scannow shows zero errors.

I'd prefer not to do a fresh install of Win11 but if that's what it takes so be it. In the meantime any input/suggestions appreciated.

Sorry forgot to mention but the device stays warm (without the charger connected) after it goes into standby but will not wake. Pushing the power button and it acts like a cold boot.
