I can't delete or stop it (permanently). There's no entry for it in Services and it appears to have installed itself on May 19. The path is here: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_16005.14326.20970.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe

Does anyone know how to permanently delete these two processes?

If you don't use the mail app you can get rid of it, but it's a good idea IMO to just leave it alone along with the 2 executables unless they are giving you problems

You missed the part I already uninstalled it and it's still running!
