Hi folks
A VM using HYPER-V I've run without issue on zillions of Windows builds doesn't work on this one. Screenshot enclosed. The Linux machine has checkpoints disabled and secure boot off -- no change. Same VM works on Canary build !!!!!!

There's plentty of memory in this machine -- but 4GB for a basic Linux VM is plenty !!!

Cheers

You need a fair bit of space for temporary files.

Thanks
That seems to have done the trick -- moved the VM's to their own larger partition away from the "C" drive -- ci I have on partition J the setup J:\VMS\Virtual Machines\VM1\VM2 etc and for the disks j:\VMS\Virtual HardDisks\vm1.vhdx etc.

Needed Windows remote clients to access 2X 14TB Linux xfs formatted drives -- works perfectly.

Marking solved now -- I needed to tidy up the VM's as I had them all over the place.

Yeah - putting vms on a second partion/drive is always advisable.

Also, keeps image backups of C drive much smaller as vms are not automaticallly included in backup
