In which months are computer prices at their lowest?

I thought that computer prices would be at their lowest in the few months after the holidays (i.e. now) but I don't see big discounts these days unless it is a generation 10 item for which supply issues are presumably less severe + ongoing pandemic

Mind nothing is normal any more. Still chip shortages, and this includes common "workhorse" chips. Generally Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Prime Day, and the sort. Back to school time (August - September), and April (newer models out, better prices on older models). Manufacturers are having difficulties with supplies, but are also using them as an excuse to raise prices, or not offer better deals, so going forward who knows...

I do not know, it is a pain that you need to buy a new PC then the prices skyrocketed high.

I seem to notice that the sweet spot for lowest prices for desktops is moving towards smaller form factors, from SFF to MFF. A point to consider if you don't need much upgradability.

Any month that I'm not in the market for a new computer.
