Hi folks
As I'm getting older I really don't like going to a gym any more with all those "youthful adonis's" strutting their pecks etc and here it's sometimes to cold and windy to go out for cycle rides (even on an electric bike) - has anybody got experience of using home "treadmill" type walkers. Nothing of course beats exercise out of doors but these tradmills seem to be a decent compromise when outdoor exercise isn't possible.
Any views on this.
Cheers
