Issue 1:
I recently messed up my Chinese input method by accidentally installed the additional Chinese (Traditional,Taiwan) input to my computer.

I wish to remove it but I cant locate the exact place to remove it. I have tried to remove the entire Chinese Language pack, but it (Chinese (Traditional,Taiwan) still there.

Issue 2
Courtesy to issue No.1 above, i lost the Chinese input method in my computer now. I then tried to reinstall the Chinese language pack, which is of course containing the basic input as well, in this particular case, i need the Pin Yin method for Chinese Simplified Pin Yin input method. The installation took forever and will not complete. The following screenshot is showing it stuck at the very beginning, will not move at all, i have several attempts in re-download it, sometime it stuck at around 70% and then will not move. I have confirm this is not internet issue, i tried with multiples different internet connection sources, all same. I am currently no choice but to use my computer without Chinese input.

Welcome to the forum. I personally have never dealt with language packs so can only suggest things I would try. The way I see it, you need to get your machine out of this "downloading" state. Correct?

First and foremost, with the machine in its current condition, I would backup all personal data.

1. Restart the machine to see if you are no longer hung in this "downloading" state.

2. Reset Windows Update to see if you can get the system out of this "downloading" state. Reset Windows Update in Windows 11 Tutorial

If either method works, then deal with your language packs using these instructions Remove Language in Windows 11 Tutorial

Otherwise, here would be your options as I see it. IMO any one of them should get the machine stable again:

1. Restore from a system image if you have one.
2. Attempt a system restore if you have a restore point.
3.. Do a repair install Repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade Tutorial
4. Do a reset and keep files. Then reinstall correct language pack. Settings>system>recovery
5. Another option is a custom install. It clean install windows but copies your personal files to windows.old(This option I have not tried. I always backup files and do a clean install. That's just me and my preference) Custom Install Windows 11 Tutorial
6. Do a clean install. Clean Install Windows 11 Tutorial
