Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management won't start when I click on "Yes" to "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"

The optane memory and storage management tool was in the MS store in 2022 but is not now. I believe it has been replaced with
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Application in the store. You should be able to find the latest IRST driver package for your Device from Dell Support for your particular device. The package includes the appropriate Intel Optane Memory app for your computer..

I contacted Dell Support online and they actually got the Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management app to work again. I think the person uninstalled an reinstalled the app, via their remote control of my laptop (but I'm not completely sure).
