Running Win11 Pro 22H2, build 22621.674, dual monitors running off an nVidia Quadro P1000 card. Intermittently (like once every few hours) I get a very annoying flickering, sometimes only on one monitor, sometimes on both. I shot a short four second video showing what I mean, which is at this Google Photos link: New video by Nick Payne. Unfortunately even four seconds of video exceeded the allowed size here for a file attachment.
I think that the problem is with the slideshow mechanism built into Windows, which is configured to get random images from my Pictures folder and change the images once a minute, as when the flickering starts, it continues until the next slideshow image displays, at which point the flickering stops.
Any suggestions (other than not using a slideshow desktop background). I had exactly the same setup and configuration on Windows 10 for years, and never experienced this problem.
