I've had a new laptop for a few weeks, and all of a sudden the internal microphone (Microsoft Array) has stopped working. I suspect this may be due to a driver problem, but according to Windows 11, I have the latest drivers. The troubleshooter isn't able to identify the problem, and I've checked permissions in the privacy settings. This is proving to be a big problem when I have to use Skype or Zoom at work. Any ideas?
