Please retry with a different device, use a VPN, or other authentication method to sign in. For more details, please see Error 400 when signing in - Microsoft Support

I even have the MS AUTHENTICATOR app on all mobile devices. Does not ask me for the OTP codes. Just goes to this error page directly.

Tried on Android on Chrome and iPhone running Safari both the same.

Already rebooted my router as well.

However I'm already signed in using Outlook app on iOS. Will i still be able to receive emails from there using the Outlook app?

Yes, I had that error all weekend when trying to access Onedrive on the web using multiple browsers and multiple devices. I cleared cookies, history, dns cache. Nothing worked. But I was still able to send and receive email using Outlook 2021 with my Microsoft Account. Like magic several hours later it allowed me to login.

If there are other filtering extension being used, such as ublock origin, then some of the embedded filters might could be turned off.

The Privacy & Security panel have some of the tracking and fingerprinting setting which cloud be turned off.

But the Firefox seem to have updating sessions of several block lists.
And some filtering function alike priavacy badger or disconnect, and etc which are not easy to be turned off.
And the lists are not easy to be manually chosen.

I tried some guides which are from the internet, there are some user.js template could be tried.

But it's seems could not revert to default perfectly.
After cleanup the the prefs.js the new profile menu become weird.

So, backuping the files before trying. And it might be better to try in the separately newly created profile for testing.
