This picture looks like this:

The answer is... no... Hers's why I can't find it.
Since that Windows 10X was cancelled, the Surface Neo just went into development hell. However, Windows 11 was released last year and added new features in recent insider & stable builds. Now that I need to have a theme that needs to make it look like Windows 10X. In other words, the 10X UWP shell known as "MicrosoftCorporation.Windows10X_8wekyb3d8bbwe" is used in all Windows 10X builds and found in "WindowsApps" or "SystemApps". But also, I tried to find and test those custom 10X themes online, but it does not look the same as the original 10X shell. So why can't I find it? It's because it was shown exclusively in Windows 10X but not on other Windows versions, it's still basic as it was shown built by its core of "Windows Core OS". No one has ever developed a shell replacement app or by replacing its Windows 11's explorer.exe file with Windows 10X's explorer.exe shell. I just can't find it anywhere, I actually needed help for that or idk what to call it.
