Is there something I can use to get surround audio with my setup ?

Hi

I have soud blaster z card and logitech z906 but when I play anything I dont get real surround fealing like I get from my small tablet that has dolby atmos. In my tablet I can hear the audio coming from another room or from behind me but not with my Windows 11 setup. Any advise ?

Currently I am using analog connection but I tried also optical cable but no difference.

This may sound like a dumb question but are you using the same speaker setup that works with your Tablet?

No the speakers are built in my tablet. I use the z906

The point is we have zero idea how to compare "feelings" to what you may feel or hear.

And there are a million things that can affect how the sound resonates from your speakers ranging from placement to setting to speaker makeup to sound settings.

My ONLY suggestion is to experiment with settings and placement.

One question. do you use the remote that comes with those speakers?
From what I understand, you can :
customize your listening experience by selecting either 2.1, 4.1, or 3D surround sound.
What you can try is, switch off SBX Profiles and just use the remote.

Yes also there are buttons for those selections. I tried now to select 3D but when I do there was no sound

On my notebook , I have Nahimic which is the same as SBX but, when I use my G933s I have to switch off
Surround Sound n Nahimic otherwise It wont play. Interference from Nahimic to GHub.
In your case, you are using the Sound card connection from the back of your PC. This might be where the problem lies
as the sound card has it's own surround sound software and so does the speakers. Are all your connection from the speakers
to the PC through the sound card and how are they connected.

Well in my experience , when you have a sub with the inputs on it, that's where the speakers
should be connected and only one wire (Fiber or Coax) goes to the PC. I have posted the PDF
for your speaker setup. Look at it and see if it can be of use for your configuration. A LONG time ago
when I first built my daughter's PC, I bought Logitech 4.1 speakers and all speakers connected
to the sub and only one wire went to the PC. It also had a Sound Blaster sound card but, to get the effect
of the 4.1, I did not use the sound card. Check the PDF and it might show you how to connect it to
your sound card.

Thanks @hdmi but I already using these ports. I think I need to buy dolby atmos speakers but the ones I have near me are too expensive.
