No, not quite. The installed 22H2 22621 has to be on the Insider Preview channel, and signing in with your Insider MS account is the usual way to be able to set that. But if you have used a UUPDump ISO for 22621 for an RP channel buid the it should already be so, regardless of whether you sign in with a local or an MS account.

So what's the deal with this & the stuff in the Beta channel? I thought 22621 is 22H2. Have they said, or is it now 22622? I don't keep up with Windows Insider stuff so I'm wondering what I've missed... sometimes I think the folks running it aren't sure what they're doing.

@Zardoc,
Beta is currently 22621.290 (Without features) or 22622.290 (With Features) depending on which one you decided to install.
Release Preview just updated from 22621.169 to 22621.232.
I just updated 2 machines to 22621.232.
One meets all the Windows 11 requirements.
The second one does not, it is an old MSI Laptop still running legacy BIOS, it still updated from 22621.1 to 22621.232 without any issues. 😉

my MSFT acc is not regd as insider, see these screenshots, & KB5015818 (22621.232) is not a IP update, it's RP update for Win11 22h2, anyone with 2262x will get this one, 22621.290 & 22622.290, these are IP updates

Okey dokey then... these channels confuse the hell out of me :(

In simple terms

RP Channel is supposed to contain features that will be released.
Beta Channel may contain features that do not get released - more pot luck.

I do not understand point of A/B testing, even more so on RP Channel.
