Addresses an issue to restore Images and other glyphs not displaying correctly in XPS documents after customers install the December 13th, 2022 security update or the January 19th, 2023 update

Addresses an issue with Null reference exceptions occurring when loading XPS documents after customers install the December 13th, 2022 security update or the January 19th, 2023 update.
