Jep, it seems that this months CU has two KBs: KB5029921 and KB5031217.
In both cases the update catalog points to the same file (windows11.0-kb5029921....msu).
Just internal communication problems at Microsoft? :unsure:

And the updates this month don't (yet?) appear in the Update History (W11 22H2, W11 21H2, W10 22H2) either - hope not that this has been abandoned.
