KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSODS - ACER NITRO V (R5 6600H RTX2050)

Hi,

I've been dealing with frequent Bsods and upon checking BlueScreenviewer ntoskrnl keeps failing

System:
Acer Nitro V ANV15-41
Rtx 2050
Ryzen 5 6600h
16gb ram
Two 512 nvme ssds
System Age: 1 month and a half

My BSODs rarely happen during gaming but happens frequently when im doing light work like using the browser. I've updated my bios and reinstalled amd chipset drivers, both igpu and gpu drivers, and wireless lan drivers.

You seem to be running two different memory modules at very different speeds, that's bound to cause problems. Since this is a new laptop, I'd recommend either returning it or have the vendor fix this mixing memory modules problem.

Thank you very much! i suspected it was a ram issue i just didnt want to buy a new stick without confirming first , though this was advertised as a 4800mhz laptop and even when i checked task manager before to make sure, it displayed 4800mhz

Task manager displays one frequency and the first memory module does run at 4800MHz. The second one doesn't, suggesting task manager assumes all memory modules run at the same frequency which they should and normally do.
