    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update.

Note that Reflect Free is retired and will not get the update to v8.1. It has its own separate update to v8.0.7279.

Yes I have it in insider Dev build on another drive, It also updated today. I'm using it manually for full and differential backups. and that works fine for time being, will see what happens next year.

Mine works fine, no problems, made an automatic incremental backup just after updating. Rebooted too as it asked.

Seems to be working ok for me too. I've booted a couple of times since.

I don’t know whether the update has been pulled but checking for updates doesn’t show anything other than I’m up to date. Also the notes link shows a 404 error.

Seems to be working ok for me too. I've booted a couple of times since.
Just rebooted again, no problem. The update has definitely been pulled though. The bug must be affecting certain hardware combinations

8.1 running here without any problems, created a differential to test it OK.

With all the talk about retired versions, I wonder if Macrium Reflect is cross-compatible between versions. For example, an image created with version 7, can it be browsed or viBoot with version 8?
