Hi,
After spending almost 2 days trying to figure it out, I have given up and no longer able to figure this out.
I have a Dell XPS 17 9720 for work. Laptop has a integrated webcam which support Windows Hello. I have being using for some time.
I recently purchased the Logitech Brio 4k Stream - (Supports Windows Hello) as I have decided to use for Windows Hello instead. For the life of me cannot figure out how to get Windows to use the Brio for Hello.
I do not have the option listed here in my settings: Select Preferred Hello Camera in Windows 11
I have updated the firmware on my biro to latest being 1.3
The camera works are a external camera in all other apps is detected correctly everywhere else.
I have investigated Windows Hello ESS and it seems Core Isolation needs to be turned off so attempted that no luck, turning it on also no luck.
The camera is attached to USB 3.1 port. I have attempted to connect it to laptop directly and to the WD19TB dock too. Both of which I am having no luck getting the camera to work for Windows Hello.
I have attempted to re-register for Windows Hello but luck of using the external camera
Any help would be great.
Regards
