Haven't had any issues with Win11 except using a Local Account as admin seems to ignore the setting for disabling use of Ctrl+Alt+Del in Run, type Control Userpasswords2 or netplwiz the last couple weeks.
Found that there was nothing set in Run of secpol.msc, Security Settings/Local Policies/Security Options for the ability to Enable or Disable so making a change there fixed the issue.
