Make Hasleo Rescue Disk Cert 2023 OK

I ran the script that adds the new cert to a Macrium Reflect Rescue disk in order to make a new Hasleo Rescue disk compliant but got an error message that doesn't add the cert. Here is the script's output with the error message:

Linux distros have their own shimx64.efi (instead of bootx64.efi) that may need replacement. You'll have to check the source distro, but most of them have already moved to switch out the boot file with a CA 2023-signed version.
